Your work sits at the two ends.
FiEV runs on weekly and monthly subscriptions, so a vehicle leaves with its rider and stays there for the whole term. The hub is busy at handover and at renewal — and the long stretch in between is the asset earning.
The vehicle is out earning for 25 of 28 days. Most riders renew, and a renewal needs nothing from the hub.
Handover
The rider arrives with KYC already approved in the app. You inspect, brief and hand over. Twenty minutes of hub time.
Your hubOut earning
The vehicle stays with the rider. You see them only for a swap or a fault. Utilisation and payment status sit in your dashboard.
PlatformRenewal window
Advance payment reminders go out on their own. The dashboard shows you who has renewed and who has not, before the term ends.
PlatformRenew or return
A renewal needs nothing from you — the rider simply keeps riding. A return comes in for inspection and goes back out to the next rider.
